With more than 20 years of experience, she has served as a Salesforce product owner, business analyst, and consultant across multiple industries, translating complex business needs into structured requirements that teams can confidently build from.

She is a strong advocate for elevating the role of business analysis within the Salesforce ecosystem and making these skills accessible to admins and delivery teams. Vanessa has spoken at Dreamforce, London's Calling, and TrailblazerDX, co leads a global virtual community for Salesforce Business Analysts, and contributed to the development of the Salesforce Business Analyst Certification. She holds 14 Salesforce certifications (but she still can't really write a flow) and is also a certified Scrum Master.
