8:30 AM - Recent Report and Dashboard Enhancements

Description: Success in reporting is driven by a deep knowledge of features, data concepts, and our organizations’ business models. Success also requires lots of practice! With the goal of honing skills together we will talk about some favorite Salesforce Report and Dashboard topics. 

Presented by: David Carnes is Chair and Chief Evangelist of OpFocus, Inc. , a consulting firm which works with SaaS companies to optimize their revenue operations. He is a Salesforce MVP and host of Dashboard Dōjō, an informal group which meets twice each month to dig into Report & Dashboard topics.

Location Notes

Highspot, Inc offices are located in the World Trade Center building at: 2211 Elliott Ave, Seattle WA 98121. From the street level take the elevator up to the 4th floor. On the 4th floor, someone will greet you and you will need to check in either on your phone or at the check-in kiosk. We will be meeting in a large room just around the corner. The check in process will include a brief wellness survey and non-disclosure agreement, we recommend everyone has a negative COVID test prior to arriving. Please stay home if you are not feeling well! We will also have a virtual join option.
