David Carnes is founder and chairman of OpFocus, a consulting firm which works with SaaS companies to optimize revenue operations. He is the host of Dashboard Dōjō, the Boston Salesforce Admin Group Leader, a frequent speaker at Dreamforce and other community events, and a Salesforce MVP. David also recently authored his first book, entitled Mastering Salesforce Reports and Dashboards for O'Reilly
Over the past year, Salesforce has been very busy with enhancements to Reports & Dashboards! These have included an overhaul to mobile reporting, the new Unified Home for Analytics (aka the Analytics Tab) with its powerful search capabilities and game changing feature Collections, personalized report filters, Slack integration, and a handful of changes only for Unlimited Edition orgs. We'll dig into each of these changes and see the functionality in action.
