What we'll cover:

Champion — The starting point. You'll learn how AI and Agentforce work, understand the trust and data principles behind it, and build a basic agent using Agentforce Builder. Practical for anyone who needs to understand AI before deploying it.

Innovator — The business layer. You'll define how AI fits your organization's workflows, use Prompt Builder to control agent behavior, and deploy agents to Sales and Service teams. Aimed at admins and team leads responsible for rolling out Agentforce in practice.

Legend — The advanced build. You'll work with Data 360 to connect agents to live data, extend agents into Slack, and use developer tools to handle more complex use cases. This trail also prepares you for the Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist exam.
