Salesforce Admin Group, Frisco, TX, United States
Kick off the new year with a hands-on introduction to Einstein Bots. As our first January meetup, this session focuses on building and understanding bots in a practical, low-pressure way the same foundation that helps make agent-based experiences easier to grasp.
Einstein Bots were the starting point for many admins learning conversational AI in Salesforce —and they still provide one of the best foundations for understanding how agent-based experiences work today.
In this hands-on session, we’ll build an Einstein Bot together and focus on practical understanding rather than slides. Trailhead covers the concepts, but this meetup is designed to give you real practice in a relaxed, community setting.
✨ What we’ll cover:
🤖 How Einstein Bots work and where they fit
🛠️ A guided, hands-on Einstein Bot build
🔗 How bots connect to newer agent experiences
👋 Facilitated by:
Rohan Agarwal — bringing a builder-first, approachable walkthrough. Optional how-to guides will be shared for continued learning.
💻 Bring a laptop if you’d like to follow along.
