We are organizing the 3rd Workshop presenting a new aspect of modern era: CRM Analytics!

This workshop will focus on CRM Analytics with Financial Services Cloud.

Dhaka, Bangladesh Administrators Group of Trailblazer community welcomes Salesforce enthusiasts and anyone who is interested about it! For this workshop, knowledge on Salesforce CRM and FSC is not mandatory but good to have. The workshop is aimed for beginner to Intermediate level, first time users & Admins or any curious mind.

There will be a quiz competition and 3 winners of of this competition will get exclusive Salesforce T-shirts.

Objectives of the Workshop:

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to perform:

1. Create CRM Analytics Dashboard

2. Put CRM Analytics Dashboard for Relationship manager on FSC

Prerequisites:

In order to be able to follow this workshop, it is better if you have already acquired some knowledge of the platform.

At a minimum, you should have knowledge on:

• Some basics on analytics

• Navigate between objects and setup

It is a practical session. A laptop is therefore necessary to carry out the proposed exercise. Please bring your own laptop.

A connection via mobile or tablet will not allow you to fully participate in this workshop.
