5:00 PM	AI-assisted development to unwind that tech debt - Tribal	Most Salesforce orgs have the same problem: years of customization, that nobody documented, and that nobody wants to touch. This session shows how teams are using AI-assisted development to unwind that debt and build Agentforce agents in a fraction of the usual time. Daniel will demo real before-and-after work on legacy Apex and flows, plus how to build a brand new agent, and will be honest about the cases where the approach does not hold up yet. Attendees will see real live environments rather than watching a slide deck. Everyone will have the chance to get their own trial to run the same experiments against their own org. You will leave able to judge whether AI-assisted development is worth a pilot with your team, and with a clear picture of what a first Agentforce agent takes to build.
5:45 PM	Intro to Claude and Salesforce -Signal	AI is changing how we work, and Salesforce admins, power users, and managers are right in the center of this shift. This session provides a hands-on introduction to Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, and demonstrates how it fits into the daily reality of managing a Salesforce org. No prior AI experience is required. We will start with the basics: what a large language model is, what Claude is, and why it matters for your current workflow. From there, we will walk through practical applications and move into live problem-solving. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of where AI saves time today, where it still falls short, and a practical list of strategies to implement in their own orgs immediately.
6:30 PM	Modernize customer 360 experiences -DXC	DXC’s Salesforce Summit Practice helps enterprises modernize customer 360 experiences and operating models through Salesforce, Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI, integration, cloud, and industry expertise. This session will highlight customer examples from SKF, iptiQ, and HPE: From strategy and implementation through CRM simplification, automation, managed services, and field operations. The presentation will conclude with an executive discussion on using Salesforce and emerging AI capabilities to create more connected, intelligent, and increasingly autonomous business processes.
7:15 PM	Accurate revenue forecasting - DRiV	Accurate revenue forecasting is the difference between reactive firefighting and confident business planning. This session shows how Salesforce’s Advanced Account Forecasting, running on the Data Processing Engine, replaces static spreadsheets with a continuously refreshed, trustworthy forecast; reconciling actuals against planned revenue at the account and product level so sales and revenue leaders can spot variances early and make faster, better-informed decisions.
