I used to work at the Mothership. Now I don't. I'm now a rogue accessibility consultant running my own LLC, spending my days helping businesses and nonprofits to make their products work for everyone. In this session, I've decided to square up and face the entity that caused my current fate. By using Agentforce Builder and Salesforce Small Business CRM to automate the real, unglamorous back-end of my consulting business: client intake, consultation scheduling, and project communication. I will be taking attendees through a complete Agentforce build using my small business as the use case, then evaluating the accessibility of what I create. Does the agent output meet plain language standards? Is the Agentforce Builder itself accessible to disabled developers? What happens when a screen reader user interacts with the agent's output?
Attendees will leave with a practical accessibility checklist for agent outputs and a new set of questions to ask every time they build.
