We'll again offer a hybrid meeting to accommodate everyone! Because we will be managing dual logistics and head counts that are tied to budgets, please decide how you'd like to attend and do your best to honor that choice.
You can choose:
In-person: We have limited seating and budget, so please only RSVP for in-person if you know you can attend. Please do not cancel, unless you are experiencing or have been exposed to any illness. Cancellations less than 48-hours can impact our lunch budget (and maybe my personal finances). And, they are difficult to backfill last minute. No shows are frowned upon.
🍽️ Lunch will be provided!
Virtual: If you are not ready for in-person meetings, are too far geographically to attend, or have been exposed/contracted COVID or any kind of crud, virtual is for you.

Customer and constituent data often lives across Salesforce, marketing platforms, websites, payment systems, data warehouses, event tools, and other applications.
How can organizations bring that information together—and make it useful for Salesforce users?
In this practical, jargon-free introduction, we’ll explore Data360 from a Salesforce Admin’s perspective. We’ll discuss how Data Cloud connects information from multiple systems, standardizes it, matches records that belong to the same person, and makes unified data available for segmentation, automation, insights, and AI.
We’ll cover:
💠What Data360 is and where it fits within the Salesforce platform
💠How Data360 differs from the core Salesforce CRM
💠How data moves from source systems into a unified customer profile
💠The basics of data mapping and identity resolution
💠How calculated insights and segments can make data actionable
💠Ways Data360 can support Flow, sales, service, marketing, and AI use cases
💠Important considerations involving data quality, governance, scope, and consumption
💠How to determine whether Data360 is the right solution for an organization
We’ll use relatable examples to show how Data360 could help organizations:
💠Identify customers or constituents at risk of disengaging
💠Give Salesforce users a more complete view of a person’s activity
💠Prioritize outreach based on engagement or customer value
💠Combine transaction, service, marketing, and behavioral data
💠Trigger follow-up actions and automation in Salesforce
This session is designed for Salesforce Admins, consultants, architects, developers, and Salesforce leaders who are curious about Data360 but may not know where to begin.
No previous Data Cloud experience is required.
Bring your questions and ideas about the data your Salesforce users wish they could access today.
