With baseball season in full-swing, we thought we'd host our own double-header of presentations.

Our starting pitcher will be Mike Rogan presenting "Unearthing the Ghosts in Your Org: How to Audit Salesforce Technical Debt". This session will give you a practical audit methodology using native tools, third-party apps, and AI to uncover what's actually running, what's breaking, and what's costing you money. You'll walk away with an actionable scorecard to take your org to the next level.

Then we'll bring in our relief pitcher, Guy Tawney, to present "VIBES ARE NOT REQUIREMENTS – Learn how to achieve alignment through User Stories". Ambiguity is expensive, causing developer/qa hours to stack up and low-quality solutions shipped to prod. There isn’t currently much education or tooling available focused on writing and managing requirements/qa instructions. Ambiguity in this area causes Salesforce teams to be less effective and more frustrated. The tooling that we built will have a massive impact on work quality of attendees who are a part of a multi-person salesforce team.
