Data Architecture Workshop: Spotting Data Failures in Your Org

Spotting data failures is essential for any Salesforce role and particularly applicable for those wanting to learn Data 360 and Agentforce. The tools are plumbing, and the data is the water. We're constantly focused on the plumbing instead of the water. "Data quality issues" can mean many things. In this hands-on workshop, we'll do live analysis on sample data sets to learn where the traps live, because row quality is downstream of foreign keys, value distributions, distinctness, population rate, and attribute overlap.

When we talk about Salesforce requirements or use cases, data is usually the last consideration. Agentforce requires a robust picture of the customer and their actions, which will fail in practice unless robust data analysis is done. Because this work is often invisible, we often skip it or give it insufficient time under pressure, which is a trap.
