These have included an overhaul to mobile reporting, the new Unified Home for Analytics (aka the Analytics Tab) with its powerful search capabilities and game changing Collections, personalized report filters, Slack integration, and a handful of changes only for Unlimited Edition orgs.

David Carnes is founder and chairman of OpFocus, a consulting firm which works with SaaS companies to optimize revenue operations. He is the host of Dashboard Dōjō, the Boston Salesforce Admin Group Leader, a frequent speaker at Dreamforce and other community events, and a Salesforce MVP.
