This special user group will be hosted in conjunction with the Bozeman, MT nonprofit group and feature a workshop from Beth Saunders Associates. We will learn about the concept of an Engagement Pyramid, how to encourage constituents to "move up" to higher levels of engagement, and how Salesforce can support this work.

This event will be appropriate for both nonprofit Salesforce admins as well as other folks in your organization—development or communications staff who are interested in getting more data-driven but aren't sure where to start, for example.
