She will also give an overview of the pros and cons to campaigns, and how they have used them to maximum effect at Little Kids Rock.

#2 Ryan - Consultant/User Group leader; Introduction to Customizable Roll-Up Summaries

This brand new feature, introduced only a couple of months back, was the hard work of a dedicated group of developers to make your life easier. It allows you to display and report on key donor statistics using all the key revenue related objects on donor records (I'm looking at you Payments!). Ryan will provide an overview of what they are, what they do, and provide step-by-step instructions and some  use cases you can bring back to your nonprofit.

'Office Hours' chat

In the past, User Group meetings have included a portion that allowed individual group members to bring up a question or concern to share with the group and draw on the hive mind! This will be informal and brief at the September meeting, but we look forward to your feedback for future inclusion or adjustments.
