Nonprofits and Salesforce: An Introduction to NPSP

About this event

Salesforce created #NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) back in 2008. But the company has continued to invest in this product. 

The dynamic duo Dodi Friedenberg and Steve Payne will be sharing their Salesforce/NPSP insights and best practices.

What do nonprofit organizations need to know to be successful with Salesforce/NPSP? What do consultants and volunteers need to know to successfully help them with implementation, configuration, customization, integration? What is NPSP anyway? 

Dodi Friedenberg is 4x Salesforce certified and a contract Salesforce administrator to small nonprofit organizations. Her background is in social work, nonprofits, teaching, and database management.

Steve Payne is a 3x certified Salesforce Admin who currently works as Operations Director for Pledge 1%. He brings more than 10 years’ experience leading nonprofits as well as three years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
