SMS texting is a powerful capability for any org, but a 1-to-1 text conversation is just the beginning. This presentation explores how Proton Text uses platform events, invocable Apex, and an open source library of Flows and Processes to give Admins the power to create. Add SMS notifications to any app or process, implement an Appointment Reminder Bot, or set up Text-to-Lead for your org.
