Lucy Barkas is the founder of 3WH — a leadership and team development company that works with Senior Leadership teams to achieve high performance and high engagement. Lucy held various senior leadership roles within the energy industry, often being the only female at the table and usually the youngest. She has appeared in Sky News and is a regular contributor for BBC Radio. Her book, LeaderX will be released in March 2020 and is a call for the next generation of leaders to step up, take control and lead with purpose.

Pei has worked with Consulting Partners for 27+ years with Microsoft, Remedy and Salesforce. Her forte is in creating high performing teams to deliver projects successfully.
She's been a systems engineer, DBA, CRM Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, QA Manager, and Project/Programme Manager.
At heart, she is also a Mentor, a Coach and a Teacher, and loves to share her learnings and experience with others to become outstanding consultants.
In 2020, Pei launched Zenhao (zenhaotraining.co.uk) a Consulting Leadership Academy. She delivers Discovery Masterclasses to help Partners and Professionals level up their skills to implement Salesforce in a way that delivers long term value for the end customer.
