Would you like to do more with Live Agent? We will demo how you can take Live Agent to the next level with code! We'll walk through setting up Pre-Chat and Post-Chat forms as well as submitting a chat request with pre-gathered information without a Pre-Chat form.
As we spoke about in the last Admin User Group session, we are moving to two separate groups (Admin and Developer) to better serve our Nashville community.
