Lyndon has offered to share with the group how they improved Sales outcomes and effectiveness by integrating voice to Salesforce.com.
3. Wyan Carter, CRM Lead at MS
Wyan has worked with not for profits for nearly ten years across a range of sectors including political parties, environmental advocacy, international aid and community development, and health and disability. Multiple Sclerosis Limited is the pre-eminent source of information, advice and services for people living with multiple sclerosis. MS use Salesforce to support their fundraising and service delivery functions, which wil be shared with the group.
