We'll be tackling Service Cloud

Timing:

• This will be a 5 week course
• Meets Thursday nights from 6-9pm
• Start Date is April 29th, 2020

• And we've expanded our format to offer experiential learning-- we have invited local non-profit Families In Transition/New Horizons -- to join us so that we might provide them with some local expertise while we learn together!

Pilot Cohort:

We've never tried to do this online before, so there will undoubtedly be bumps in the road. We are looking for a small group to begin with-- 16 to 18 people -- who are willing to be patient and to provide feedback on the process. We will accept any experience level, as long as you are willing to participate and commit to learning and being engaged in a purely virtual environment.

Please note that you will not be able to take the Service Cloud exam until you pass the Admin exam.
