Alicia Fernandez is a Service Designer who translates insights into ideas, and develops ideas into prototypes. With a non-conformist soul, she pushes the boundaries of design thinking with open methodologies that seek to understand complex issues rather than just asking “why”. As an optimistic human-centered designer, Alicia, is committed to “doing things better” by using tech to build a brilliant future.
She has worked for a variety of social-tech organizations including Future Cities Catapult, Furtherfield and Goldsmiths University. Recently, she has been focusing on helping public sector bodies such as DfE, FCOS, and ESFA to discover how they can use digital technology to drive change.
Oliver is the Salesforce Architect at the National Audit Office. He has been working on the platform for 10 years, and during that time led multiple implementations. Currently working on migrating the NAO to the Lightning Experience he is excited about unlocking the potential in salesforce lightning. He holds 2 salesforce certifications.
