About this event

We are launching event filled with fun and learning activities for all the Salesforce enthusiasts  -  hope you all had good relaxing long weekend breaks this month!

We are coordinating with Cyberjaya DUG group to have a full-day fun-packed event lined up for all of you – with few interesting topics for discussion followed by a coding hackathon challenge – of course not to mention plenty of prizes and swags to be won. So do RSVP at the earliest for the event

Getting Started with LWC (Lightning Web Component)

Lightning Web Components uses core Web Components standards and provides only what’s necessary to perform well in browsers supported by Salesforce. Because it’s built on code that runs natively in browsers, Lightning Web Components is lightweight and delivers exceptional performance. Most of the code you write is standard JavaScript and HTML.

Get... Set... Go!! with Platform Cache

Does Salesforce have RAM? Yes! Platform cache is the new RAM for your cloud application. This session will introduce you to the power of Platform Cache, how great performance comes with great power of caching, What are the innumerable possibilities of utilizing the jargon without exposing your sensitive data to the rest of the world.

Coding Hackathon

Please find below guidelines for the hackathon:

  • Teams need to register in the link provided below for participating in the Hackathon – there’s a limit of 15 teams for this event, so the first 15 teams to register shall be considered. Other teams may be on a waitlist in case any team decides to drop out and shall be notified. Teams also need to confirm their presence on the day of the event at the Registration desk – walk-in registrations shall only be considered if there are slots available.
  • Each team can have a max of 4 members.
  • Each team needs to bring their own laptops and chargers (wifi shall be provided).
  • If you don’t have a team and wish to participate, please let us know and we will try to find other similar members and help create a team for you (provided the 15 limits is not met)
  • Coding challenge shall be specific to Salesforce modules – rules and regulations shall be provided by the organizers on the day of the event
