Michael Grandel is the co-leader of the Baltimore Admins Group and works for the National Aquarium. They needed a way to manage building capacity for reopening after the COVID-19 closure, so they created a Salesforce app for members and various other constituents to make reservations for a specific entry time. As a LightningChampion, Michael has generously agreed to walk us through this 100% declarative app that leverages a wide swath of platform features: Flows, Community, guest users, custom metadata, custom permissions, Lightning app pages, and more.
