Coca-Cola used a Salesforce custom app at multiple Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup events to manage guest registration, tickets and hotel rooms. Requirements popped up at each event for instant report and metadata changes. Richard Cunningham will share cases of continuous improvement where he upgraded quick hacks into a robust solution. These improvements enabled Coca-Cola managers to do more with less at each successive event.
Richard founded Blendery in 2006 to develop event registration solutions on Salesforce. Starting in 2013, he managed development of a custom event registration app for Coca-Cola to use at international events they sponsor, such as the Olympics and FIFA World Cup. It grew into an app suite managing game tickets, hotel rooms and hospitality packages. Richard is a partner in the Edge Network, a team of experts providing solutions to global event sponsors.
