About the Speaker:

Jim Gordon is the CEO and Systems Architect at Cloud Notions, the Columbus GA Salesforce.com Consulting Partner. They specialize in implementation and development on the Salesforce platform. Jim is an 13x certified Salesforce Architect and a graduate of Indiana and Auburn Universities. But, most relevantly for this presentation, he has worked with dozens of successful sales managers and observed their best practices.
