About the Presenters:

Arthur Kay is a Solutions Engineer at Sencha Inc. and runs the Chicago Sencha User Group. He has more than ten years of web development experience with specialized knowledge in web design, web application architecture, online business development, and internet marketing.

Michael Topalovich is the founder and CTO of Delivered Innovation, a salesforce.com partner for tech companies specializing in leading edge system and application design for the Force.com platform. Prior to Delivered Innovation, Michael was a senior IT leader with Siebel Systems, where he led the systems management team for Siebel CRM OnDemand, one of the first enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings.
