Paula has extensive experience leading client facing teams responsible for cross industry CRM implementations of all shapes and sizes across the globe. Paula has focused exclusively on change management over the last 8 years inspiring and helping people navigate smoothly through the inevitable changes brought about by digital transformation initiatives. Her passion lies in engaging creatively with stakeholders and mitigating natural resistance to change in order to achieve desired outcomes thereby ensuring happy and productive users. Paula’s certifications include ACMP MCMP (Master Change Management Professional & CCMP (Certified Change Manager Professional), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Salesforce Admin, and PMP, PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner, and PSM-I Scrum Master project management certifications.
