The Brisbane Non Profit User Group is having our first virtual meeting since all the chaos started.   We thought we could use this opportunity to get together virtually and for each person to share a positive experience during recent weeks.

There will be two presentations during this virtual "hundle":    

- James Gooley, Salesforce Engagement Specialist, Marketing Cloud NFP,  will be presenting on Social Customer Engagement to monitor trends, analyze sentiment and respond to social conversations using Marketing Cloud Social Studio.

- KC Fonzie, Salesforce Senior Solutions Engineer NFP, will be running through the latest NPSP features.
