Hilary Eyres is the Senior Manager of Data & Insight for LPS, one of New Zealand’s leading business transformation partners. Her work focuses on business process improvement, data-backed decision making, and finding and executing solutions so LPS teams are freed to do the work that they do best. 

Aenslee Tanner (PCC) is a certified leadership coach focused on supporting individuals to unleash their potential and become more conscious, high-performing leaders. She is particularly passionate about supporting women to overcome limiting beliefs, fear, self-doubt, and imposter complex so they can find ways to lead that are powerful, effective and feel authentic.

Hilary and Aenslee's presentation will be a collaborative session where attendees will be able to "meet" (virtual meeting) and discuss topics together. This session isn't about how to work remotely. This session is about leadership, co-creation, negotiation, and how to continue to create opportunities despite COVID-19.
