In my role at Halo I work with a mix of new and existing clients, getting to know their requirements and finding great people for them. I work with senior candidates in the contracting and permanent markets to understand their career ambitions and find them the best possible career opportunities. I have been specializing in IT technology recruitment for several years and have worked with a range of clients from household names to startups.
Outside of work, you can often find me out on the water fishing around Hauraki Gulf or doing some DIY around the house.
My two year old daughter keeps me busy and so do all our pets, we currently have a cat, a dog, a rabbit and a lizard so our house is a bit of a zoo.
Commencing my recruitment career agency side I then moved to an internal role and subsequently worked within wider HR in the areas of Organisational Development and Talent.
I am most fulfilled when helping people grow professionally. My vision and ability to nurture relationships lead to long term solutions and success.
When I am not at work or running around after my three children, you will find me exercising or enjoying a glass of wine! When the opportunity allows I also love to follow my other passion….travel!
Originally from Sydney’s Northern Beaches, I made the move to Auckland in early 2017 to enjoy all that a country life in New Zealand has to offer.
