🎟️ For the past five years a diverse group of membership-based nonprofits have been gathering to discuss the best approach for tracking membership on the Salesforce platform.

Participants have ranged from museums, aquariums, and nationwide nonprofits with sustaining donor "members," all the way to a tiny, free nonprofit community garden in the UK.

🛠️ Collaboratively the group has developed a free, open source data model and set of tools for tracking memberships, now in use by multiple Salesforce implementation partners and nonprofits. It's approaching a full release on the AppExchange.

Chris Pifer has co-led the development of this project since 2019. He's joined by Beth Hintze and Elisa Salinas, who bring years of museum membership and visitor services experience to the conversation.
