Kia ora, welcome to the Auckland Women in Tech Salesforce Community Group!
The aim of this group is to network with and empower women, trans women, non-binary, all gender identities, the LGBT+ community, and minorities in the Salesforce ecosystem. We welcome allies (including men) at our events.
This is an open and accepting space free from discrimination or oppression. We are driving positive change to increase gender diversity in tech and management.
Steps taken to make this an inclusive space:
• Every 3 events hosted are at breakfast, lunch, and dinner times to cater to different schedules and home responsibilities
• Events start with intros and pronoun rounds
• All food/drinks are dairy, meat, and alcohol free (with many gluten free options)
• All are explicitly welcome
• Safe and accepting space
• Wheelchair accessible venue
• Let me know how else I can make this more inclusive!
For environmental reasons, swag is not given at these events. That shouldn't be your reason to attend anyway :)
Holla if you have an idea, feedback, or would like to speak at a future event! Please tag your related event photos/posts with #SalesforceAKLWiT!
**Please save trees and don't print your ticket for these events. You only need to provide your name on arrival.**
